How We Serve You:
The City of Kokomo offers two forms of motorized public transportation: City Line Trolley has 5 fixed routes providing coverage to most of the education, retail and medical areas and services with over 250 specific stops. Spirit of Kokomo is a para-transit service that provides curb to curb service to those 65 years of age or older along with those who have a qualifying disability. All Spirit of Kokomo vehicles are fully ADA accessible.

| CityLine Trolley is a fixed-route busing system with 5 routes: The Blue Line, Red Line, Green Line, Yellow Line, and Orange Line. All lines begin and end at the Transit Center. Transfers are available between the routes at the Transit Center. Services are available Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 7 PM. The CityLine Trolley will NOT be running the following 2024 Holiday Dates: New Year’s Day Monday January 1, 2024 |

| Spirit of Kokomo is a para-transit service for those that are disabled or over the age of 65. ( Effective November 1st, 2022 the age requirement will be raised to age 65.) This will not affect any current clients. 7am – 3pm. See page 2 of the Riders Guide for Holiday and After Hour scheduling information. For applications please contact: 765 456-7556 Spirit of Kokomo Application Form Spirit of Kokomo Information Release and Verification Form NOTICE- Both forms need to be submitted. The application form can be filled out and submitted on line or may be printed out. The information release and verification form must be printed out and given to your medical professional for submission. Applicants over 65 years of age need to Complete ONLY Page 1 of application. Visitor Policy: If you enjoy paratransit services in your area of residency, you will be provided with 21 days of service in a 365-day period. Proof of service in the area of residency is required. Requests for service from visitors shall be reviewed with eligibility determined not more than one day after receipt of application. ID verification is required for all clients. Service will be provided in accordance with 49 CFR § 37.127. Please complete Visitor Application and submit to Spirit of Kokomo office at 219 E. Sycamore St., Kokomo, IN 46901.
